i calling the same number...okay , no issues ,,i will keep trying...do we have to press something during the automated message? there wasn't any options they said to press anything

When they busy they won’t let you choose any options. You just gotta keep calling until they let you choose options.

try the other number in the pdf... I got in quicker with that one than the 0700 one...
