Hello to everyone!! I’m a new member and I was wondering if there’s people from Italy, that like me, are waiting for the NVC receive the k1 package from the USCIS too?

We got the NOA2 on the mail, the 24th of this month and we are very excited to hear soon from them.

Also, anyone knows how long it takes the NVC to process k1 visas for Italian beneficiaries?

The may not be others from Italy in this thread but you can find them throughout VJ.  Here is a query and this is what I found. You may want to go to your regional sub-forum and locate others from your area.

I have a question about I-134 affidavit of support form. Hopefully I’m in right sub-forum. Will 2018 Tax return transcript from IRS website, 2018 W-2 and last 3 months of pay stabs will be enough evidence?

@DaveAndAnastasia Can lend a hand here. They just received their visa from Russia not long ago. This is what most embassy's choose to take, but I recommend that you wait to be contacted by Dave.

EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT: You must submit any evidence which will show that you and members of your family who will accompany you are not likely to become public charges while in the United States. Visa petitioner (US Citizen) will have to complete form 1-134. If the petitioner does not qualify as a sponsor, a Joint-Sponsor should ALSO be presented (any US Citizen living in the US or Legal Permanent Resident), who will also have to complete form 1-134. Both, the Sponsor (Petitioner) as well as the Joint-Sponsor, will have to present last year's income tax return transcripts. W2 form and proof of current and sustainable income (e.g letter of employment on letterhead including salary and start date, most recent salary receipts, bank accounts, value of properties, etc.). You may download the 1-134 affidavit at: https://www.uscis.gov/i-134 Get the IRS transcript in place of the actual 1040 here: https://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript Use this link to determine the income levels needed https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p.

@Art25 2018 transcripts and current pay stubs should be fine. I also sent 2017 and 2016 transcripts, but it's not required according to the official instructions. Don't send a W-2 if you're sending transcripts; that just confuses people.

Before you could ship out on 9/3 with the other packages to your embassy you would have had to have an approval by Wednesday of this week 9/28. I think you are looking more toward a 9/13 shipment date. Your mileage may vary.

NOA2 approval was 8/28

Then I believe you will ship out with others on 9/3 or 9/4 because of the holiday. You're good to go.

It happens.  When you are processing millions of visas each year the odds are you will make a mistake. Its as easy as typing on your keyboard and you type something that you didn't want to use. Like you use a "z" in place of an "a" because your fingers are big and occasionally you miss. Oh and what about the human aspect. You do it I do it and others do it.

Does USCIS website update after NOA2 to indicate the case was shipped to NVC ?

Old site (also the data source for all 'USCIS case tracker' apps): https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do
New : https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ (you have to create an account and add your case # to it)
Neither is more reliable (and it's very possible you won't see anything on either, and will have to just wait for the physical mail). For a while it looked like they were phasing out the "old" site, but that trend seems to have reversed itself and there are still lots of cases that show up on only one (or much earlier on one than the other).
We can't opine on which is more accurate. Your mileage may vary.

I thought the shipments to embassy for September were 3 and 17?  I don't believe a NOA2 of August 28 is likely to make it to an embassy in a September shipment.
