oh that is one of the concerns... but medical check result is valid for 1 year no?

I don't know if all countries are the same but we had to have n interview scheduled before we could do the medical. Also our medical is only good for 6 months and the police report is good for a year. Like I said I'm not sure about all countries but that has been what I have learned reading multiple threads.

Hope that info helps

For which month September or August?

It didn’t say. It just said no appointments available at this time. Please check back in a few days when they provide more appointments. I’ve been checking all day.

When did you make your appointment and what date did you get? Good luck. Maybe that’s what it is but I would think September would be open because the 1st is just around the corner.

I would think it would open up by now too. I set my appointment from August 9. And I put it for the 29 cause that was the last day in August. They have about 6 more days open up in August before the 29 but didn't want my appointment to be too early

Thank you

That's the best I can do. Go to your sub forum and look for other members who are processing in Pak

Medical validity is 6 months for the visa, and another 6 months for AOS. The clock does start ticking the day you have your exam. It's always advisable to schedule you medical 10-15 business days out from the interview. (This depends on the embassy so check your P3 and ask in your sub-forum.)

People who have their records in their embassy for the interview should not be in this thread any longer. There are not many, if any from your embassy that has this figured out and can help you. Search out your sub-forum for more ppl who can help.

Hey!! I got a tip from that Greenbaum Guy and he said there is something in the PDF file that addresses your question. He thinks maybe you need to do a little more lifting to get your answers.

Case flipped to Ready early this afternoon!! We had already done our DS160 the day after getting our case number and fiance had just received his police report and finished all his vaccines about 6mo ago. So... booked both medical and interview for September! 😎

Getting closer!

DS-160 was completed last week. When I check status of Immigrant Visa on CEAC site it states that application is ‘in transit’ which is great. Then, it says “Your interview date was provided to you by the NVC”. Ummmm, no it hasn’t (!?!)

anyone know what that is all about?
