Sorry to be super annoying but I am slightly confused. So I registered my email and my fiancées email on NVC. Our case was forwarded to the local embassy in Islamabad on August  15th..

i received the email with the NVC case number and also a response to an inquiry stating the same thing. My fiancée however has not received any emails. I called the NVC who says she sees my email registered but not his and to call the embassy in Pakistan. So I called them earlier and they told me they do not give information over the phone and to send an email inquiry instead which I did as well. 

My main concern is if his email is not registered with them.. Will he receive the instruction packet by mail? 

Should I register his email now? 

When I check my status on the CEAC it says ready but we obviously do not have an invoice number to proceed and I’m slightly worried because I don’t want him to miss receiving the  instruction packet. I guess I just want to know if arrives via mail or email and if his email isn’t ‘registered’ will it come to me?

Have you tried just asking @Greenbaum if he has your p3 packet. Throughout this thread he has said that he has most packets. He also through this thread explained how you can go about getting your p3 and also suggest going to your countries forum to find the information as well.

The email is NOT the end all to this. It is NOT a priority. Concentrate on "What is next" and here is what is next.

Can anyone tell me when can i proceed to a health check?

i read online that as long as i get FIANCE E PACKET 3 and case number, i could get the health check

but my lawyer keep on telling me that i have to wait for interview notice ...

From what I understand it is advisable to wait for the medical because this 'starts the clock' for the visa validity.

@Greenbaum can u plz tell me the link Incase I want to extend my 129f plz. Thank u. Because despite my case miner being assigned on 8/2 my case was not sent to the embassy.. NVC said they are doing administrative processing. And cannot give me more information.

oh that is one of the concerns... but medical check result is valid for 1 year no?
