Hi, does anyone know around how long after approval the NVC will receive our case? I want to know when I should call to see if they received it. Thanks!

Had our interview yesterday on the 24th and was approved. Today for ceac it says issued.

We now officially have our interview scheduled for September 19!   If anyone else is going through Manila know that there are plenty of dates open earlier than that. The 19th is just the day

Usually around 4 weeks right now but it may vary.

4 weeks just for them to receive it?

Actually it's your choice but I wouldn't start calling before waiting a least 3 weeks. We called around 3 weeks after getting our NOA2 they said that they received our petition and 2 days after we called again and had a case number.

Most wait 4 weeks before they start calling. That's the norm. Your mileage may vary.

Got email from AIT ( American Institute in Taiwan) regarding FIANCE E PACKET 3 on 8/14

horay!!! now we are waiting for our lawyer to complete payment and i160 ~

Called NVC today and they stated that they got my case today to call back for a case number! Things are moving smoothly thank God

Honestly I just felt like calling today, it took 19 days my noa2.

For a base line after 10 working days, you might want to start calling! I waited  10 working days then I started  calling.


4 years, 11 months, 2 weeks and 3 days

Citizenship Complete!

On the CEAC website, when I put my case number in it says “at NVC”. I have already completed the DS-160 and received confirmation email. 

 

My email was down for 3-4 days last week and I am concerned that I missed an email from them. 

 

Just to be clear, there is nothing more I need to do at this time?
