Hey guys!
I am really confused now. NVC assigned case number on July, 24. Our case status has changed from "at NVC" to "In Transit" on August, 6. But there are no shipments on DHL site to my country (Uzbekistan) from August 6 till the present day. Can anyone shed light on my situation? Thank you😊

I can. Based on what the pdf states from the first post on the first page of this thread the following is true.

First DHL doesn't work for everyone. Some embassies receive cases electronically. What does CEAC.STATE.GOV give as your current status? I bet it says "ready".

I hope this helps.  Im not an expert just someone who can help.

Unfortunately, the current status of our case is "In transit". I thought they might send our case by e-mail, but the last shipment, which was on July 23, exists on the DHL site. How do you think what are the chances of sending our case by e-mail?

NOTE: The I-134 requires a "wet" signature. They will send you the P3 through the mail. There are some documents that need to be completed which you will return and then your interview is assigned.

If you find anything not up to date or the information is wrong, please share your findings. Please compare the date of the P3 of mine with the date from your copy, once you receive yours from your embassy.

I wasn't aware a wet signature is required. I've been reading the i-134 instructions and it says photocopies are fine if they are legible but signatures cant be stamped or typed. Does that mean I can't fill out the form, sign it and then scan it to my fiance? The Russian post isnt really known for reliable or fast delivery so this is concerning. Also where you able to get info on the P3 stuff? I'm trying to find out if our consulate will send via email or physical mail. Thank you!

Wet signatures are reported by sone embassies. Each embassy is different check with your sub-forum.

That's because the PDF did not say it ships every week BUT only every other week. So if it was or is being assigned a case number before this Wednesday then it will normally ship next Tuesday or Wednesday.

Early this year I wasn't able to find anything definite about Moscow on this so I put a paper copy in the mail with some Christmas/New Year's presents. Which thanks to the not very efficient Russian post office over the holidays, didn't get there until shortly before Anastasia's interview. Not super helpful, I know.
