Had our interview yesterday on the 24th and was approved. Today for ceac it says issued.

Called NVC this morning.....NO WAIT...which was super weird...they said they revived my application on Aug. 7th and have not assigned a case number yet, so I imagine it will get assigned fairly quickly and I will make the next shipment for Aug :)

When I called I received my case and the invoice number. They said I wouldn't need it but she gave it to me just in case.

They sometimes give you an invoice # but it's not needed but just the same tuck it away in the event you run across where it's asked.

Accepted March 19, 2014 Text message with receipt numbers

Biometrics April 16, 2014 Biometrics completed

EAD May 23, 2014 Employment Authorization Document approved and went to card production

TD May 23, 2014 Travel Document approved and went for card production

Receipt EAD/AP May 30, 2014 Received combo card EAD/AP

Green Card Approved July 11, 2014 Approved, no interview. Went to card production.

Green Card received July 17, 2014 GC received without interview

Removal of Conditions

Mailed I-751 Dec 16, 2015 Submitted ROC (removal of conditions)

Received Dec 18, 2015 USPS notification of successful delivery

Check Cashed Dec 21, 2015 Check was cashed

NOA-1 Issued Dec 21, 2015 NOA-1 for ROC issued

NOA-1 Issued Dec 26, 2015 NOA-1 Received

Biometrics Appt. Jan 29, 2016 Biometrics Appointment Scheduled [Completed]

I called the NVC yesterday and was told they just received our case, but the case# wasnt ready yet. Took 3 weeks from NOA2 (16/7) Does this mean we have a good chance to reach the shipment date the 20th of August you think? if anyone wants to take a guess. At least thing are moving now!  And thank you all for sharing and caring, I'm so grateful for visajourney  ❤️

Yes if you get your case number before this Wednesday.


4 years, 11 months, 2 weeks and 3 days

Citizenship Complete!

I am in the same boat...yesterday they said they had received it so hoping for a case number soon....

It just means that the embassy has received our paperwork from NVC. I'm pretty sure what you can do at that point is dependent on your embassy.

 

In our case with the Philippines it means we can schedule our interview.
