@Greenbaum, Do you by chance know if there is a sub-forum for the country of Georgia? I know there are only a handful of people going through the Tbilisi embassy, so maybe a sub forum may not exist?

Use the blue ribbon above, select "forums" and scroll down 3/4 of the page and look for the closes match for area/or country. You may want to connect with some from your area by using this trick. Select your flag in your profile in the left column and look for "Quick Links" and select Georgia Members. That will give you a list and you can contact them directly. Good luck.

We also got an email that we're in transit and we  got our case number. 😱I'm shocked, cause we never got an update "At NVC". And on their website and the app it still says "I-129 Approved". We're so happy. Good luck everyone! ❤️

This is the reason we advocate that the visa patch is different for everyone and that your mileage may vary. Some things work and some don't. For you, you were able to invest little time into "signing up" for notifications and on some you were able to get the answer you wanted. You're on your way. Good luck.

Mmmmm isn't that why you hired an attorney? Our hypothesis is proven to be true once again. Lawyers typically don't add much to the process but trouble.

I'm going to help with the confusion. If you read through and study these links that I am providing, you'll be less confused and in the end much smarter then the lawyer.

Each K visa applicant must fill out a Form DS-160, pay K visa fee, and prepare required supporting documents, including medical report before booking a K visa appointment. Once the K1 applicant is ready for an appointment, he/she must make an appointment through http://www.ustraveldocs.com/tw/, a website maintained by our authorized partner, CGI Stanley. For additional information regarding the online appointment, please contact the call center via email, support-taiwan@ustraveldocs.com.

If you find anything not up to date or the information is wrong, please share your findings. Please compare the date of the P3 of mine with the date from your copy, once you receive yours from your embassy. Keep in mind that I try and be factual with my information, but I can't do it on my own and that's where you come in and can give back to the community that comes behind you. Without others ahead of you I would not be able to provide this to you.  I can only share factual information if folks like you continue to be my eyes and ears for your embassy. I wish you much success in your visa journey.

The one thing that helped us a lot is the PDF file - thank you so much. I reached out to the NVC twice and that's why they emailed us back.

I'm so confused. I got the email that our case is in transit and just check the CEAC website and it says READY? I thought it would say READY when I can schedule my interview?

My fiancé called this morning, he just told me that they said that “they were working on it” does it mean that they got our petition already but didn’t assign a number yet ? Just wondering… :)

Doubtful...........one of the very first actions after acceptance is assigning a case number..........
