Checked the old website and shows that Request for Additional Evidence Was Sent :( I'm not sure what we might've missed... Does anyone know how long it takes to receive it in the mail or if we call are they going to tell us so we can prepare and send back ASAP?
Many thanks!

There are a multitude of things that could have missed, or they are missing or there is a newbie there at USCIS that asking for something that you already sent. No one knows. We don't know how long it will take to arrive at your homestead. You can call but most times they don't have that information which is true. Tier 1 can't access it. Once you get it read over it carefully. Assemble your reply and return back to them. Their replay will come sometime after two weeks on your case. No need for concern this is only going to delay you and not set you up for a denial.

Mine came a week in the mail after the notification. Sent it back 8 days ago and still no approval yet. Even though it was a missed checkbox only.

Wow congratulations!! I took a break from the site yesterday since it's been bringing me down but I'm really glad to come back and see your approval! I'm still waiting for mine at 115 days. Fingers crossed I'll be soon.

Hi , i receive my NOA2 on Nov/21

what is the next step ?

The wonderful thing about VJ is that most questions have already been asked and answered. If you want the answer you have to do a little work. Just turn the page back and there is a post that answers that same question from someone else. It's amazing that within 24 hours the same question is asked and answered. I feel the need to help you out and give you the link to that post, so here you go.  :)

If you scroll a little in this thread you can see a few people already asked the same question in the past few days. @Greenbaum provided the link a few times:
