check out the NOV nvc thread.

 

if youre noa2 date is before the date listed at this site, i would call the nvc to get the case number or you can wait for the letter.

i think you can schedule fill out the ds-160 / get medical appt / interview  once you ahve the case number

Yeah I'll just wait for the letter to come in the mail. No need to rush the process. I want to do everything right the first time
