Do nothing until your RFE arrives. RFE's are sent for a multitude of reasons and you trying to second guess what they are sending only creates anxiety. Sit back and wait then once the RFE is in your hands read it carefully and follow their directions. DON"T do more then is what is asked for or it could lead you down a road you do not want to travel.

Biometrics April 16, 2014 Biometrics completed

EAD May 23, 2014 Employment Authorization Document approved and went to card production

TD May 23, 2014 Travel Document approved and went for card production

Receipt EAD/AP May 30, 2014 Received combo card EAD/AP

Green Card Approved July 11, 2014 Approved, no interview. Went to card production.

Green Card received July 17, 2014 GC received without interview

Removal of Conditions

Mailed I-751 Dec 16, 2015 Submitted ROC (removal of conditions)

Received Dec 18, 2015 USPS notification of successful delivery

Check Cashed Dec 21, 2015 Check was cashed

NOA-1 Issued Dec 21, 2015 NOA-1 for ROC issued

NOA-1 Issued Dec 26, 2015 NOA-1 Received

Biometrics Appt. Jan 29, 2016 Biometrics Appointment Scheduled [Completed]

Day 111. Hopefully, they will process some Philippines applications this week. I have not seen any approvals in a while. Also, being a government agency, I am sure they are off today remembering the the sacrifices and heroics of all our veterans.

That is True, I don't think they will work today. 😔

Hello—

We are August filers. We received NOA1 on 08/13.

For the past 2 or 3 months I have been seeing a lot of NOA2’s issues at about the 3 month mark. Now, our 3 month mark is on Wednesday, but as far as hearing about others’ approvals, lately all we’ve heard is crickets! Lol

There have been several early August approvals from PH. :) But I see them mostly on FB groups and group chats, not here on VJ.

Cool. What's the latest NOA 1you've seen on the FB groups? On VJ, there's an August 12 and 13 NOA 1.

I remember you being one of the first to post in this thread. Hope you get your approval this week!!

 

Good luck to everyone else waiting as well - hope we get a big round of approvals like last week (and hopefully it will include me this time :P)
