At least it's progress! Hopefully something simple and then you'll be approved a couple of weeks later.

We're still waiting for anything from ours, probably got the agent who went on vacation...

Going to be a good day once we do hear something.

It may not seem like it, but that is great news. They have been working on your case—- rfe within 3.5 months of you filing! Get it sent back quickly and you’re on your way to your NOA2.

We just got a notification to say we'd been approved!

 

The website has also been updated for us, just awaiting the postal confirmation.


NOA1 July 29th
NOA2 Nov 6th

  • 2020-02-14: Date Filed

Wouldn’t really call it great news as it delays our NOA2 by 3 weeks minimum but to each their own

Congratulations for people who received Noa2!
Last time I wrote about I have two receipt number. My fiance called USCIS, then one number was other person's number.

Now I have one number but still waiting for Noa2. I hope I can get it soon.

I got an email this morning saying there was a change to my status. Logged into the new site, and it says approved! No update on app or anything else though. Im guessing i'll have the hard copy mailed to me next week.

 

NoA1: July 15th

Every app( case tracker, lawfully, and visa tracker) email and text all within 5 minutes of each other around 9:10AM.
