Called again now. Nothing, just the same 5.5-7.5 months script. Told them that that wasn't true and people from July have been approved. They had literally no response to that just silence. I then asked to talk to a tier 2 officer and was told they're "too backed up" to escalate calls. I told them I don't care how long the hold wait is I'll wait, but they said they can't even put me on hold and I'd have to call back. Will call back later and start off by asking for a tier 2. I'm tired of being told the same lies that they're working on April right now.

They are probably just reading it from the same case status site we all access and know is defective.

They definitely are and I'm not dealing with that anymore. I'm going to speak to someone who can actually see the case.

From their site:

Tier 1 – Tier 1 is the first level of live assistance. Tier 1 staff members, who are contract employees, provide basic case-specific and general non-case-specific information. These responses follow a formatted script.

Tier 2 – If Tier 1 is unable to completely resolve an inquiry, the call may be transferred to the Tier 2 level of live assistance to be answered by a USCIS officer.

Callers may, at any time, request to have a call directed to a supervisor.

You will probably have better luck with Tier 2 later in the week or non-peak hours.

Yeah I usually call Thursday or Friday and have no wait at all, but since we've hit past day 100 desperation has set in.

Would you mind telling me how long did you wait on the line till someone picked up? We’ve never called the USCIS before but since for us it’s past our estimated time indicated on VJ, I think we should give them a call.

10-15 minute wait today. On Friday there is usually no wait.
