I called the customer service number. The woman was extremely pleasant. It appears they are just checking the site that everybody has access. So, if they are mailing out decisions and not updating the website, customer service does not have any different information

Yeah they’re not much help although in rare instances they sometimes have info first and tell you if you’re approved/if anything has been mailed out. 
 

 

on day 95 here and feeling pretty hopeless tbh

i just got my letter in the mail today after website update. they marked it as the day before what the actual website says but still 99 days

 

its coming soon!

It is the responsibility of each individual  adjudicator to update the website. My adjudicator was big time lazy  or he or she did not give a blank, my K1 case still as of this minute shows "Case Recieved" and I was a May 2018 filer. I never got ANY updates from either website, so I would not take to much stock in USCISs websites. Some people swear by them though, but I'm not one of them obviously.


4 years, 11 months, 2 weeks and 3 days

Citizenship Complete!

Till this day neither site updated for us at all. It still shows as "received" so I won't trust the site moving forward... Congrats to you!

Yep same here, we have the interview scheduled  , the website has never updated for us and still shows received.. and I doubt it will ever update !
