My fiance and i just noticed we didn't tick that box as well....the thought alone is killing. I feel very sad now as that might mean getting an RFE when i was already hoping to get an approval...so sad right now 😭

Fixed the profile. And no, she has no plans to visit the Philippines until we're married and she has her green card.

So she still has a Philippine passport correct? There are certain procedures and a application she must  submit and follow to change her name to her married name (if she chooses too) on her Phil passport.) Just  saying.

Sad?? Why? There isn't any reason to be sad. You have been turned down. You haven't received an RFE. You're still proceeding normally. If you do get an RFE, you answer it, return it and then wait for your approval about two weeks later. It's simple.

Oh really? This sounds good if the approval wont take long after an RFE as my initial thought was that we'll be going through the 3months await again just like we're doing after the Noa1.

Thanks so much for this relief 👍

Mine took about 6 weeks. Sometimes it’s 2 weeks. But be prepared in case it’s longer

I already replied you earlier.  Think you quoted the wrong person?

In any case, hold on tight.  If you actually get an RFE because you didn't tick a box, the approval wait time from RFE response sending to NOA2 approval seems the fastest, like two weeks.

It can be by mail, email, text, or via an app update. Seems like everyone is different although you will eventually get a mailed copy. No one from August yet, the latest I've seen is 7/25.

Everyone is different... the websites never updated for me and I never received a text or email either. I received the hard copy on Saturday. Snail mail is the proof.

When you say "the website says nov", can I ask what website that is?

I frequently access, "https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do" with my receipt number, but it never indicates any estimated dates for noa2.
