Has it worked before? Have you tried the other website?

I don't know why we have 2 case numbers and one number works on the site but another one didn't work.

My fiancee called USCIS and we got answer that a number which showed error is our right number.

We logged on my.uscis.gov and it showed processing.

That is strange!

I hope that you get your NOA2 soon!

How did you get two case numbers on the same application? Case numbers are assigned by NVC and not USCIS so I am confused on how you are going about correcting this. Education for us old timers.

I think that they are referring to the Receipt Number on the NOA1: WAC##########.

I'm guessing that there was an error, perhaps a typographical one.

I hope that @Okigirl can clarify what happened.

We are 7/24 so hoping it should be soon.

The PSA in the Philippines is notorious for misspellings and missing information on birth certificates. You should look over your BC to make sure everything is correct as well as your passport. Now is the time to get that corrected. You might want to get a copy of your NBI to see if there are any problems with it. Again, now is a better time to get it corrected if you find something wrong. Be sure to use all your AKA's when they do the search. Make sure your passport doesn't expire any time before a year from now as this is a long process and you could be running around getting a new one at the last minute. So get it renewed if it is expiring in 2019.

Also, there is a sub-forum for the Philippines here on VJ that you should be a part of. It's a good place to read what others are experiencing which will only prepare you for your interview.

I have additional information that I share with VJ'rs but if I don't know their country (found in your profile) then it's impossible for me to help them. So completing your profile helps all of us to help you. Of course you have the freedom to NOT complete your profile which leaves us with the same freedom of NOT offering help to you where needed. Each embassy is different and requires a different set of instructions and or answers to your questions. Here is how you update your profile. Here are the instructions.

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks

OMG!! I was reading the thread, looking at everyone's approvals, thinking we’re close then. I checked my apps - nothing. Checked new website to see if there was a discrepancy in dates like someone was saying (I can't see a date at all on that one), and then saw that someone else commented that only one website said approved. Went on the last webiste (old) and sure enough - it said approved!! I had to check the number several times just to make sure lol, but I think it's right 🤣

NOA1 July 25th

NOA2 October 23rd

I’m just so thankful we didn’t get an RFE!! Now the procrastination process starts for us😞

Congrats! This is very exciting as we are 7/26😮
