My fiancé and I mailed out our packet on Tuesday Aug 6 and it should be arriving tomorrow. I’m hoping our NOA1 text comes as quickly as everyone else’s.

Congrats to you all! I’m looking forward to being on this journey with you!

Yeah I sent my USPS on Tuesday, 8/6, USPS said it was delivered sat, 8/10. Now waiting NOA1. I def had a stress cry after sending it in!!! I am afraid through I didn't do enough proof of relationship. It ended up being around 17 pages of pictures, one boarding pass, ticket stubs, engagement photos and receipts, passport stamps, pictures of all our cards for  3 years, all our engagement cards. pictures from 2016-present. im just so nervous.

i am petitioning from the US, but my beneficiary is from the UK. is that what you mean?

Yes you are petitioning a person from the UK.

I got my NOA1 notification yesterday, so 3 days!

Congratulations. First step out of the way.

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks

I hope I can get some help here! 1. How will you be notified if they approve or deny for the NOA2? 2. I got a random email from VJ saying your estimate time of notification for NOA2 is Nov 11. Are they basing that on timing from UK I-129F's? 3. I put in my receipt number on the page from processing times that says track your case and it says not found....

1. Sometimes email but all the time by snail mail.

2. They are basing that on your timeline. If you notice at the bottom of your time line you will see the dates that VJ is guessing from all the 192f processing members and is only as good as the information that is entered by all.

3. What exactly is the page you used for "processing times"?

I dont understand the difference between these two. I am from Chicago and filed at the Dallas lockbox, which isnt even a drop down unless they mean the texas service center?  This is what I used to check my receipt processing time under the tab processing times
