Oh no, we just left that blank, figured it said “current employer information.” Do you know for a fact that this will (has in the past) cause an RFE?

Sometimes yes and sometimes no. Depends on what agent is adjudicating your case. Sit and wait to see what happens. It's an easy fix if you are given an RFE which I doubt you'll get.

Hi everyone! My fiance and I sent I-129F on July 10 and received text on July 19th, but we still haven't received NOA1 yet. We checked USCIS status, it just showed "Case was received". Is it normal to wait?
Also we found out DHS website showed we have 2 receipt numbers.

I read here and everybody got NOA1 shortly. I am getting worried..

Hi! As Greenbaum already said, if you received your text with your receipt number and they cashed your check, then that itself is proof you have your NOA1 and you are on your way to NOA2.

My text was received back on July 3, cash checked July 5, and I still to this day haven’t gotten my hard copy of my NOA1. (Even though my text with receipt number was already enough confirmation, I still want that hardcopy).

If you sign on to your case status update, it should say something like “if you haven’t received your receipt notice in the mail by (date here) then contact uscis”. If it is past that date for you (like it was for me) and you want a little piece of mind, just sign on to uscis website with your receipt number and go to the contact center link and fill out the online application form of what your concern is. Maybe state you also have 2 case numbers because I don’t find that normal. I finally did just get an email back from uscis saying that my hardcopy had already been sent out a month ago , but they are mailing me out a new one since I never received it.

Hey Filers!

My fiancé and I mailed out our packet on Tuesday Aug 6 and it should be arriving tomorrow. I’m hoping our NOA1 text comes as quickly as everyone else’s.

Congrats to you all! I’m looking forward to being on this journey with you!

Hi everyone,

We just sent our application on Monday 08/05/19 and it should've arrived by noon Wednesday 08/07/19 but it says it is ready for collection instead of delivered. I hope this is ok and they still get to process it soon.

Wishing the best for you all in this process.

Thank you, Jsg2016!  Yes, My fiance got a text message. I tried to call USCIS, but I couldn't reach an operator.

One receipt number shows our status, so I don't try to worry about we haven't received the hard copy of Noa1.

Mine said that too at first, but it was fine. I guess it’s because it’s a lockbox - it has arrived to the lockbox, but no one has come to empty it yet. I’m sure it will change soon 👍

That’s helpful info because mine is also saying “ready for pick up”.

It’s so nice to have a group of people who are at the same stage as you to lean on for help and reassurance!

Ours said ready for collection and then it got changed to delivered at 4AM the next day. USPS tracking is wonky sometimes I guess. But our NOA1 stated the same day that it said "ready for collection."
