Your timeline says you've had two interviews.  What happened in those interviews?  What red flags do you have?

We have been in administrative processing since our interview in October of 2018. The embassy has now requested my fiancé’s passport stating they are in the final checks of issuing his visa. On June 21 our case changed from AP to ready but hasn’t had any updates since. Can someone please tell me what that means? Side note: under ready it says ready for interview etc etc!

Have they sent any communications for follow-up documentation?
