150 days after N-400 interview and no updates!

At 120 days (1/22), they sent me letter for 2nd interview. However, it is in short notice (within 10 business days) so we request to reschedule because my husband station in another state for the Navy and cannot come back.

They accepted our request on 1/28 but until now we have not heard anything. 
I plan to ask my lawyer for congressional request if we have not heard for another month. 
 

By law, they must take action within 120 days after your interview date. If you are 190 days, I would reccommend go for Osbudman or Congressional Inquiry for their help. Have you tried Tier 2?

 

Since my husband is Military personnel, I contacted Military help line for faster services. They checked and said their is nowhere indicate I have a 2nd interview but since I received it, they asked me to request for reschedule if my husband cannot come back and they said my case have not show that I have done any interview at all. Lol. But later San Diego office response to them as they requested my local emailed them a confirmation that the local got my request, so San Diego office emailed them right away and gave them the confirmation info and said they still consider my case. Oh wooow.

Well I’m speaking for my wife we applied for n400 on oct 2018 and then we had our interview on 2019 on September they said the decision cannot be made it’s been till now no reply after the 120 days on December they said it’s still under processing time and then next month in feb we made an info pass they sent us a letter saying they r still processing and a decision cannot be made my wife she is petitioning for me at the time and it’s still processing i30a I wanna contact the senate or do anything my wife unfortunately she is not a good talkative fighting for her rights kinda person what can I do pls
