Called the NVC and requested a supervisor review. I also asked to speak to a supervisor and the representative would not let me, she explained if she connected me with a supervisor they would not be able to do anything and only the document review team has the power to look at my document submission (I doubt this is the true because I spoke to a supervisor a month ago and he could see my documents). So frustrated, all they need to do is view my one W2... My wife will be 33 weeks pregnant this Friday, just done with this whole process! Why would the USCIS expedite her petition if it would take 3 months at the NVC and she can't get the medical care she needs in the US?

I am so sorry to hear that and I really really hope you get DQ very soon for your wife's sake! 

You're definitely right about the script though because my husband called them again after I did with very similar questions to yours and got literally the same answers... So frustrating and such a waste of time.

Hi everybody. We were adding joint sponsor and somehow one person was added twice .  And NVC  added both. So now we have one person sponsor in fact and 2 in my account. 

what to do now?

I'm going overseas tomorrow, so New Zealand so I was stressed out about them taking my passport if I had my interview close to this time. I contacted the Sydney Consulate and they said that if it came down to it i could just take my passport home with me and then send it back to the consulate once i got home. Thankfully, my interview wasn't scheduled (but has been for after my holiday). Perhaps you can do the same?

Based on old threads I have read, you need to call the NVC and request a supervisor by explaining the situation, only a supervisor can remove a JS or Family Member from your CEAC.

How long is it taking from noa2 to interview? I check the tracking page and people are showing like seven months which seems ludicrous. I was led to believe that even with delays it would take 3-4 months from noa2....

It takes as little as 2 to 3 months up to 6 months if your embassy takes a really long time to schedule an interview. It just depends how long it takes to get a case number from the NVC (1 to 2 months), then another 3 weeks to month for them to review your IV DS 260 and Civil documents. Assuming you don't have a request for additional evidence from the NVC for more documents, it can take as little as a couple weeks to a few months for the NVC to schedule an appointment with the embassy. So all in about 3 months give or take a month

To give you an idea — It took 2 weeks from NOA2 to NVC receipt. Since then, I’ve now been waiting 5 weeks since NVC received my case file for a case number to be assigned. Nearly 2 months since NOA2 here and still no case number, so I can’t do much at this point. Not sure how quickly things will move once I get a case number. Looks like some people are having their docs submitted to dq/cc by NVC in 3-5 weeks (assuming no checklist and resubmission happens). Then how long it takes to get an interview varies by country/embassy.

We have had an email just now saying we're DQ. Having everything crossed for you Both and for a speedy interview date x
