We have the same exact timeline. It's taking roughly between three to four weeks for them to review. I resubmitted June 28th and the NVC will probably review the document sometime after July 19th.

Hello

Have you heard anything?

I called the NVC today and they said that because it's been over 3 weeks since the re-upload they can escalate it to their supervisor. I was happy to hear that until I asked how soon would he or she get back to me and the customer service rep said up to 6 weeks?! What sort of escalation is that?! We're into 7th week of waiting already (4th since the re-upload on something as trivial as a rotated document scan)?! This is absolutely unacceptable.

Yes I agree. Do not worry about the supervisor escalation, as of late it has been taking 1 to 3 days for them to look at the documents. The customer service people are given a script and they stick to it. I plan to call tomorrow for the same.

Thank you! Keeping fingers crossed for you - hoping for a DQ for both of us soon! X

Finally! Something!

Called the NVC numerous times as their phone lines were too busy to put me in the hold que. Once I finally got through I was waiting for 40 minutes on hold. Was told my case was received on July 10th, 2019. He told me to make sure I call back within 8 weeks if I have no heard anything yet as I should have my case number beforehand.

Thank you! I will be looking forward to your interview, as well😀

I just got my interview letter! Got documentary qualified (CC) on the 11th of July and today got my interview letter. They planned the interview for the 7th of August (But I have to reschedule).

But that way you have an idea of the delays in the Paris embassy :)

I'll let you know about my experience with medical and interview if you are interested!

Yes, yes, please, keep us posted! Why do you have a reschedule if you don’t mind me asking? Is the petitioner planning to attend, as well?
