Wow! That means my theory is wrong!

Thanks for letting me know and I hope you get approved soon. It must be frustrating to wait that long!

Good luck!

Thank you! Can't begin to explain how frustrating that is. I can't wait to have my CC already. God willing it's happening soon.

Wishing you a speedy process too. :)

Here is my experience in case that someone here had the same issue.

On Monday received 2 emails on the same time from NVC

First one says the my case is DQ . The 2nd Email asking me to login to Ceac and upload any missed or incomplete documents.

I logged into Ceac . I found the applicant marriage certificate that was resubmitted 3 weeks ago accepted and there is duplicate missing Marriage certificate which they already accepted in the same time .

And in the messages only one new message says that i am DQ.

I had to Call the NVC which is really an impossible thing.

After more than 40 tries they answered the phone and they said that they have a system issue and they have many DQ cases that still showing missing documents which is already uploaded and accepted .

So if someone had the same issue. Don’t worry they have a system problem.

Finally i am DQ waiting for the interview schedule email.

Got our case number last night and paid the fees! It says wait 2-3 days for payment to go through, so I know I will probably have to wait until Monday or Tuesday to move forward with the DS260. BUT for some reason when I do the case status inquiry on the CEAC website, it says the NVC has received my fees and to login to move forward with the DS260. When I login to CEAC though, the DS-260 form is still grayed out. Any idea what this problem is? Just hoping I can submit the DS260 today!

Hey, it is normal that it says they recieved your payment.

But you can't submit Ds-260 until the payment is processed which you will know by logging in to CEAC and the payment should say "paid" not "in process".

As long as it says "in process" you can't do anything but wait.

Our payment got processed after 3 or 4 days after paying.

Good luck.

I have another question...1576325819_ScreenShot2019-07-19at2_27_55PM.thumb.png.5d31652797eef3d14f7367295404585c.png

According to my CEAC it says I can start now with the AOS Documents and Financial Evidence, but how? Is the "start now" supposed to be a button? Or how do I go about submitting those documents now? Do I have to wait for the IV Application to unlock?

Thank you in advance!

You cannot submit any document or fill the ds-260 form, until the status of fees move from IN PROCESS to PAID. Just be a little patient. You can use this time, to gather all the required financial and civil documents while that happens.

I would also advise you convert all documents to a PDF file and make sure all documents with multiple pages are all in ONE pdf file and uploaded separately, and inorder on the ceac website. Also make sure all files are below 2mb in size. Hope this helps.

Just click the start now link and if its allows you to upload AOS docs then you can start on that part for now.
