Big CONGRATS Sofiya!! :)

Thank You!

And in case if someone is wondering, I came here with K-1 visa (had an administration process, something like that; officer was a tough one!)and had an interview for AOS (it went great, officer asked me just questions from my form and rest of conversation was with my husband about how to get a Global Pass, ahah). We had a baby year ago. And I sent 100+ pics with us from different events etc., I think that is what could help me to get approved, because I actually forgot to send some docs when I was sending my case.

Just checked the processing time for VSC and it got updated to 12.5 - 19 (from 13 -18). That's good and bad. I feel I would fall in the 19 month window given my case status has never changed since Case was Received.

I checked time for LIN and it increases to 27.5 months, but there has been a lot of movement in the last 2 weeks. The estimates are based on workflow from 2+ months ago, hopefully you will get quicker movement, good luck

California processing time went up to 14 - 27.5 month. Honestly I believe we should be receiving interview or the card by the last quarter of this year.

Just got my approval notice for ROC, without an interview.

My N400 window opens next month.

SRC, Houston, Tx

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

My ROC window opened in mid June 2019. I applied in mid July 2019. I wasn't in a hurry

So people from december 2019, november 2019 and random other months in SRC center are getting approved. Is the system hacked or are they going to touch our files. It surely looks like they do not process as received. I hope after USCIS door opens for public they wont stop approving I751 at all.

Lol. I feel you bro. Looking at these people got approved, I just pray that I’ll be next. The only thing I get is “case transferred to uscis local office”.

Hello everyone! Congratulations to all the approvals!!!

I just checked my case online and I have gotten approved myself!

Here it's my timeline:

Date Filed 2019/07/13

NOA           2019/07/22

BIO APPT. 2019/11/22

Aproved    2020/05/12

I had to check on "the old site", because MyUSCIS never really updated. For me it got stuck with "We have received your case, you don't have to do anything..."

Also the "old site" got stuck for ever in "As September 14th, fingerprints has shown to be taken" It did not even updated for when I got my fingerprints' appointment in November.

For all of those still waiting, I wish you all luck, and I hope ya'll get approved soon. I know how difficult and stressful this road is but is totally worth it!

P.S My receipt number was a Texas Center  SRC1990, please feel free to ask if you have any question, thank you.
