I just woke up and saw a message from USCIS that they are requesting additional evidence. :((( Sooo sad :((

That's not necessarily bad news, it actually means they're working on your case and that as soon as you send more evidence, if it's sufficient, they will approve your case. :)

Thank you @gray_cat  ... your words mean a lot to me in this moment.

I'm just so tired and drained from this process. Right now I feel like packing my stuff and leaving the country 🤦‍♀️.

I sent a lot of evidence, everything I had... wondering what is it that they need additionally. I can send the same exact things with new dates.. but nothing more than that.

I had a problem with the photos. When I sent the package I sent the photos in a photo album which they returned to me with and explanation that " the format is not supported" or something along those lines. They didn't ask me to resend. I re-did it, printed out the photos on regular printing paper and sent 2 copies, one on the address where I originally sent the package and the other one to the address where my package was transferred.  Wondering if they put the photos in my file or just got lost somewhere.

If anyone can share their thoughts I would greatly appreciate.

Thanks guys!!

Btw... I'm Vermont EAC1990121*** filed july 12 , biometrics posted Sep 10.

Wow, that's pretty quick at Vermont, I'm with Vermont too, EAC1990122***

RFE is not quite a bad thing, don't worry for now, wait for what they require and prepare one more package. At least they are looking at your case now. Best of luck to you :)

I know it's probably pretty rare, if it happens at all, but do they ever approve ROC without an interview if an interview also didn't happen at the AOS stage? I'd been prepared for an interview during the last round of this process, but got an approval out of the blue without having to do one. My dates for ROC (submitted application in early July, 2019 and did biometrics on November 29th - no word since then) seem to be in line with some others who have gotten approvals recently, but I'm thinking the fact that I didn't have an interview last time will likely slow down the process now because they'll require it.

Hanna, don’t worry please. I looked at case tracker app again and saw that literally almost every case from EAC got RFE recently, but at least they work on it...

Good luck!

True, not the best news but at least it is movement...

Hopefully when you send what is needed you'll be good to go.

Let us know what they ask for

Bunch of improper  filings and incorrect fees, 1 sitting on waiting on interview and the rest fingerprints taken in 000-499

500-999 mostly fingerprints taken

So I was looking at cases with similar receipt numbers as mine, out of curiousity. (YSC center).

There are i-751 files with case numbers 500+ before mine with the same status I'm at:

'Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken'

However, going through cases, I'd say 90% of what I searched was coming up as 'Card Was Delivered To Me By The Post Office'.

BUT I don't think these were for I-751. Hard to say what they were for... A lot of them are back from September

So in conclusion it looks like the only cases that aren't getting much movement at YSC are the i-751s...

So after I read your suggestion I tried logging into the egov uscis website, adding some of them to my list of cases (is this what you meant?)

Turns out most of the approved cases were i765 employment authorization. Thanks for the idea!

Seems they get approved in 3-5 months

I meant the UScis casetracker application, after you search there is a line that shows various types of cases, highlight I-751 it will footer on Roc cases

I looked at a few apps, this is a screenshot from one called lawfully. It's pretty cool but I have no idea how accurate it is
