Hm...just called again USCIS...as it’s 9 months and no updates about the biometrics or anything. Well, I called before, the answer was standard, just wait...today I realized that my case is sitting in my local office since beginning of September ..and very likely will have an interview based on the location but   it’s not certain...and as I said I received nothing for 9 months about transferring or etc...Really strange...may be it’s policy of our state ( AZ)...or something more...

status is the same - case was received...

and I had interview in US ready for 485 and submitted A LOT of evidence....

how annoying this waiting...plus all this stress from Corona...

Also representative was confident about a huge backlog that all applicants will feel due to shut down...

Oh...of course it was mistake...called again as I felt something strange and the different representative said that my case is definitely at SRC and that it was sent not in Sep but in the beginning of Aug there from mailbox in AZ...and I think as I applied in the end of July probably is the day when they transferred all cases from mailbox location in Phoenix to different service centers. Almost had heart attack:))

One would hope they were consistent in their answers, they are patently wrong a lot

I think I would be good at one of those call centers, I could work from home.

 

All you need to say is.

 

'It looks like your case is within normal processing time'

'I can't see that information here'

 

Or as is the case here, just make up answers!

is it going to impact your timeline (to get approved for GC and then N400)?

EAC cases, from 1990110XXX show some movement in the end of February 2020- mostly “new office has jurisdiction”, some of them ( less than 5%)- ready for the interview. And the majority- Fingerprints completed in July 2019... And around 5% also - just cases received. 
YSC, case with number 19904125XX has status card was mailed from yesterday, March 25. 70% cases with numbers 1990310XXX  show just case were received, and around 30% - fingerprints completed End of Dec 19/Early Feb 20. 
Will update later about WAC and LIN. 
 

My case status still says: Case Received July 30, 2019. Did my biometrics in Sept but status never got updated. Vermont Center.

Same here. I did biometrics in January but my status says Case Received July 3rd, 2019. California Center

This is unrelated, but we got our relief check today, well direct deposit. I thought it would take longer.
