Totally agree. I have noticed a lot of February 2019 filers and approvals through the FB group and same noticing some going into May 2019 as well. Almost our turn!! :D

We had no interview for K1 AOS so hopefully we luck out and get the same otherwise we are ready either way, just want this immigration business to be finished in a timely manner. :)

Hi, i have a question.

Since the roc is taking forever, are we eligible for early filing for n400? My 3 years anniversary for my gc will be in September does that mean I'm eligible to file for n400 in june?

Yes, take the 'resident since' date from your green card, add 3 years, then 90 days before that date your window to file opens.

You can check the date here to file here

https://www.uscis.gov/forms/uscis-early-filing-calculator

eg the issue date on your green card should be

09-xx-17

so you would input

09-xx-2020

Yes you can file for citizenship with a pending removal of conditions. It's pretty common, a lot of people here are planning the same (my window opens July 17th).

I believe you can even apply for n400 online and upload documents.

I-751 must be approved before they can approve your citizenship. You may have a combo interview (i-751 + citizenship) when the time comes.

Side note, I've heard people say they were called for their citizenship interview only, but on the day it turned out to be a combo. The problem is your spouse must be present for the i751. This meant their citizenship could not be approved that day (more delays). So, if you are called for a citizenship interview with a pending roc, you should bring your spouse just in case!

As most of you, have not heard since biometrics (11/22/19). July 4th my 90 days window opens to apply for Citizenship. Was curious, are we all qualify for early application for Citizenship? I looked up requirements on their website, but did not understand that verbage...

Thanks all.
