Anybody from the Texas Service Center have any movement? All our status says is "As of November 20, 2019, we completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number xxx, at our location. We will let you know if we make a decision or need anything from you".

I think the Texas Service Center slow moving, but wanted to see if anyone else has had their interview yet.

Ours is still showing that fingerprints were taken.

  • 07/22/2019 - Package delivered to Phoenix Lockbox.
  • 07/24/2019 - Credit card charged
  • 07/29/2019 - Text message with case number received (MSC - National Benefits Center).
  • 08/09/2019 - Biometrics appointment notification received.
  • 08/23/2019 - Biometrics appointment (my wife went!).
  • 12/18/2019 - Case status changed online to "My Case is Ready to be Scheduled for an Interview".

We haven't received an interview letter yet. Also, our status never changed to "Biometrics complete" or anything like that.

They are at MSC - National Benefits Center..where it seems like most original CR1 cases are going and they are moving much faster than the other service centers.

Anybody with LIN service center got any updates after biometrics? It's been 36 days for me and still no updates other than showing finger prints were taken

No. But I am not concerned. My first time with the green card, it took me 6 months to hear after the biometrics and then that was an RFE. After that it was all downhill. lol There have been some  JANUARY 2019 filers with LIN who have shared here  that they JUST got their green cards. In fact as I was writing this a LIN filer just posted that she filed in FEBRUARY 2019, her biometrics were in September and she just got her green card. Almost a year from beginning to end.
