Did you apply for your N400 yet? I think you are eligible already...

Best of luck...

Congratulations!! How do you received the biometrics? Via regular mail? It’s really quick!

i would try and do walk-in, it won’t hurt for sure.

My status was stuck on "Fingerprint Review Complete" for a while so I stopped checking. Looked again today and it now says "As of October 30, 2019, we are ready to schedule your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number MSCXXXXXXX"

What was your timeline leading up to that as far as ROC goes?

I751 filed July 3rd. Got 18 month extension. No biometrics appointment yet. Raised couple of service requests but no luck. Mine is California Service Center. Any July filers from California Service Center got their biometrics?

Hello,

We have had a bumpy ride so far. We applied in mid-July and didn't get the extension letter until October 4th, only after several service requests, expedite requests, and an infopass appointment scheduled (which we didnt need to go to. The same day someone called to say our letter was FINALLY in the mail.)

Anyway, we are now waiting for further action....either biometrics appointment notice or something to say we don't need it. We are MSC filers.

Is this ok, or should i assume that we've once again been lost in a pile of paperwork?

I’m also a July filer in California Service Center (WAC) and still no update. Glad to hear I am not the only one. It’s taking them a while and I do hope that my biometrics and interview will be waived because of this.

Current timeline:

July 2019 - filed I-751

August 2020 - filed N400

Sept. 2020 - i-751 status "Case Was Transferred to a New Office". Transferred to NBC.

April 12, 2021 - N400 interview in LA passed (with a pending i-751)

May 20, 2021 - I-751 status changed to Approved and N400 status changed to Oath Will Be Scheduled. 🤩

May 21, 2021 - received a call and email from USCIS Los Angeles with my NOA with my oath schedule.

May 28, 2021 - oath taking schedule in USCIS DTLA office. 😍
