Just got done with I-751 fingerprints. Was in and out in 5 mins. Came in 30 mins early and was taken in, no squabbles

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

Did they ask for your passport?

Nope. Just appointment letter and any ID, of which I had my DL. So that's what I used

Great! Thank you for replying so quickly. I have mine next week and a few people said I needed my passport. Did not use it last time. This time, I don't have it because I had to send it in for renewal. Good luck with the rest of your process!

I don't know where they're getting that info from. Appointment notice is pretty clear on acceptable IDs.

Yes I read this and re-read it after someone said the sentence states that you have to bring ALL that is in the second sentence. along with a state issued ID. I don't have that either. Cannot get it until I get my 10 year. He was so adamant in his argument and stated others agreed. I began to doubt what I thought and became concerned. Thanks for clearing this up.

Anybody has had updates from California Service Center? Case was received July 15th and no updates since.

I placed a couple SR’s but response is within processing time.

Nothing from CA. My application was received July 3rd. From what I've seen in other threads, WAC is one of the slowest.

Completely forgot to update my progress. We had our biometrics on Wednesday the 20th in Atlanta. Got there on the dot, went through security and then sat for about 25 minutes while they ran through 22 people also getting their biometrics done. Pretty easy and painless process, nice employees from the security guard to the lady actually doing the biometrics. We were in at 12 and out by 12:45

Hi July filers,

i received my biometric letter last week and it is schedule for Monday Nov 25th.

my service center is Nebraska (LIC).

Is there a chance that some of us will not have to do Biometrics at all? I haven't heard from USCIS about my Biometrics
