Soooo...... 

As of right now this is my latest update,

9/28/19 - Received Notice that Bio-metrics would be re-used dated 9/20/19

 and online it says, "As of September 24, 2019, fingerprint review was completed." 
Today our USPS mail email shows a letter from USCIS Texas Service Center.....
No idea what it could be, now maybe they want biometrics? I will update when we get our mail.

Hello everyone, as today November 9th, 2019. I received a letter from USCIS as a notice to present for biometrics even when they "reused my biometrics". USCIS page says that they reviewed my biometrics and they will get to a decision. 

So frustrating 😪😪😪

Hello, I got the same email, I have the same service center, and the online page says the same. For me is a biometric appointment for 11/22

For those at Texas Service Center they said they were reusing my spouse's biometrics, but today got a notice to come on 11/19 for biometrics...at the office over an hour away. We live in Texas, there is a Service Center in our city, but they scheduled him at the support center an hour away.

It is a biometrics appointment for 11/18.

Depends, if the increased fees means faster determinations, I am all for it. I am locked into a service center with an 18-25 month turn around time on ROC, some are seeing 5 month turn arounds at other centers, would willingly pay to speed it up

I am with you! I would pay easily 5k, 7k, 10k! With cash and right now...just to finish all this asap...really don’t understand why where is no expedited premium service for our type of petitions. 
About updated biometrics- guys, at least yes, you receive something from USCIS...

It’s better than silence...

Just got my wife's bio-metrics appointment letter in the mail today. Dated 11/01 and scheduled for 11/18. SRC early July filer. So it's been approx 4 months since we filed.

I completely understand and I am very grateful/thankful for it. I am sorry if I came across as being rude.  
The system just makes no sense and I know it will never make sense. I am very glad for movement, just wish bio metrics guaranteed a time limit for interview/approval instead of anywhere from 6 months to 16 months.
