Based off mine and others at Potomac, there's a good chance you will receive your biometric letter very soon, this week or next...

I keep checking my mail every day, still no appointment letter for Biometrics

Hey everyone, I received my biometric notice yesterday :) I am one of the earliest July LIN filers and my bio appointment will be on the 12th of November. Anyway if you are a July / August LIN filer, I guess this is an indication that your bio notice should be arriving soon. Nebraska seems to be doing okay on time for those who lodged their forms this year.

Hi guys, i need your help please.I dont know where to post questions. I am July filer so i posted here. here is my problem:

My conditional green card is expired on Oct, 2019. I have sent my son’s application to remove conditions (8years old) with mines. I have got my 18 months extension letter but didnt realize  there is not mentioned anything about my son. We are traveling on Nov 12 for 6 weeks outside the US. I am so much worried that if he can travel with me without problem. I dont know what documents do i need for him to travel. And dont know if enough time for paperwork.

and another thing is i received my biometric appointment letter today in the mail the same day out flight is. What do i have to reschedule it. Really hate to do it . Dont know how long will it take to be rescheduled but i have no choice at this point. I would appreciate your help. Thank you

Hi

my advise would be just call USCIS (800) 375-5283 press 1 - 1 then 2 - 2 and they will connect you with a live operator who I am pretty sure will be able to answer your questions and change the biometric date. Yes, I believe you should change it for sure or try to go walk in for appointment early, I saw some successful stories here that it worked for some people.

good luck! At least your case is showing movement...what is your service center?

What is first 3 letters of your case number? It can be like SRC, LIN, etc.

your letter also should shows this info.

but better to call first uscis, do it on Monday morning but be ready to wait for approximately 20-45 mins...

I am at 102 days, same status no movement. I wonder the rhyme or reason to service center assignments, there is little to no consistency in processing adjudication times

I just received the biometrics appt. on 11/03  and it was dated 10/25. The appt. was set for 11/13

Our timeline was Package Received in Dallas TX 07/11, Check cashed 07/16, Letter dated 07/15 was received on 07/20 and Biometrics dated 10/25, received 11/03.

Does anyone know how long after the biometrics we get the interview?

There is no set time that you will get an interview after biometrics. Could be a month or could be a year.
