Just got an update today:

On October 17, 2019, we scheduled an interview for your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number MSC**************. We will mail you an interview notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

It seems like the local office here is pretty quick. Some one else in the area also already has their interview scheduled if I remember correctly.

Edit: Just checked the form and I was correct 3 out of the 4 Portland field office MSC filers have had their interview scheduled. (the other two had their interviews yesterday! so hopefully we hear how they went)

Good luck to you, we are in a quick local office also, Columbus, Ohio. For whatever reason the 5-6 people that have this as their local office are being delayed at their regional offices. We have friends at   Vermont, Cali, Missouri and Potomic (we are at Nebraska) most have had bio waived 5 of 6, and we have heard nothing, we are also the ones at Nebraska, and they seek to just be slow, so I am hoping this is a blip, we have been waiting just short of 3 months, some of our friends are into their 9-10 month range, still well within processing rates

It's so frustrating with not know why and what is happening behind the scenes. There seems to be no rhyme or reason for many delays. Hopefully you will get a quicker result.

hi Boketto,

I have reported this user “Camerica” multiple times because she tends to be very aggressive and NASTY rude with other users. I would suggest you do the same.
Good luck with your process!

I have NEVER been aggressive and "NASTY rude" with anyone. It is rude to tell someone that they are incorrect because you have a differing point of view. That is all that i was saying and also to point out that I have looked at the spreadsheet we were discussing. You felt the need to correct me for what I was talking about. I was not wrong in what I was commenting on. There is no need to be petty. This site is for help. I offer my opinions and my experience. Others offer theirs.

Right that is why there is nothing to disagree. I said you were incorrect when you replied to me the first time, because I am going by real time information for July 2019 filers, which is what this thread is for (not 2018 filers). If someone who filed in July 2019 read your response and expected to receive a notice in April 2020 and decided to go on a holiday in two months then they could miss the appointment.

The important thing is to offer correct and up to date information, not assuaging ones feelings because one can’t handle being wrong on the internet.

I just looked at the Nebraska spread sheet today. It seems that some are filling out the wrong dates for May, 2019 of the few that are on the sheet and have filled in for their biometrics. One filled in that they received their biometrics letter in November 2019. Since it is only October, it is obviously an error. I can handle being wrong and will always admit when I am. I have not one time given anyone here inaccurate information. I make it a point to always check and double check. Hopefully your information is more accurate than what I read in the spreadsheet and I will be hearing from LIN in 2 months!

The right attitude. What can we do, right? Worrying does not change anything. Yes, we will all get there in the end!

if the filters on the spreadsheet are filled out wrong, when it's sorted it can corrupt the file. If you sort only 3 columns, and do not mask the rest to cause them to be sorted inline it will maintain current position for those remaining portions of the records

I don't know about anyone else but I welcomed an interview if it got us through the process faster. Now we should have our date soon. (It took about 3 weeks from ready for an interview to "an interview has been scheduled")

I am soooo ready to done with this. Unfortunately we plan on doing the N-400 as soon as the window opens. 😶

[Potomac Service Center] I also completed my Biometrics yesterday (October 25th) at my local office in Dover, Delaware and within a couple hours my tracking info updated to fingerprint review completed. The office was just under an hour and a half from my house, my husband went with me. I arrived a half hour early and was the only one there, the gentleman took me back immediately. He took my photo, took 2 fingerprints and sent me on my way. I was there less than 5 minutes. Now we sit and wait to be approved.

Seems to be Potomac office sending Biometric appointment already... Desperately checking my mailbox every day, but nothing yet >_<.

My package has been delivered on 07/11 and extension letter received a week and a half later. Leaving the country for 2 weeks in December and would hate if they send me the letter in that time frame.

Based off mine and others at Potomac, there's a good chance you will receive your biometric letter very soon, this week or next...
