From what I saw on the spreadsheet the average time for those in LIN  who are requested to have biometrics again are waiting about 8 months after they receive their NOA1. However, it appears from the spreadsheet as well, that the overwhelming majority do not have to do another biometrics or interview. That for me seems to be a positive for being transferred there. I don't know when they let you know whether you do not need to have your biometrics re-done though. I am in your boat. My case is with LIN. Have not heard a thing since I got my NOA1 on July 29th.

Hello everyone as today 10/10/19, I checked my updates online it shows "As of September 24, 2019, we completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number SRC*********, at our Texas Service Center location. We will let you know if we make a decision or need anything from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

At least it's an update 😪

I hope everybody gets good news soon I know is stressful and quite annoying.

If you look at May 2019 and April 2019 filers threads, these updates are showing a lot of people with LIN (Nebraska) case numbers just now getting biometrics. And since April/May was 5-6 months ago, my best guess it that IF you need biometrics, which many LIN filers do not end up needing, you'll get a notification sometime around March-April of 2020.

My case is currently at the Potomac Service Center and has been since 7/1/19. This past Saturday, I received a letter from USCIS informing me that my biometrics appointment has scheduled for 10/25/19. I thought I should share for those who are still waiting to hear anything from Potomac!

I signed up for the USPS informed delivery service a while back and haven't actually checked my mail the past few days, especially because I honestly wasn't expecting to hear anything for a few more months so I haven't been getting my hopes up about getting a letter from them. I was laying in bed this morning and pulled up the app to see if I had incoming mail and it showed the letter was delivered on Saturday. I legitimately ran to my mailbox, I barely had time to put pants on lol - I hope you receive yours soon! My bio appt is in less than two weeks, if you did receive one I hope you'll make it back in time! But you can always reschedule too if you have to

May filers for LIN are getting bio appointments so as July filers we should see ours in approximately December or January.

If you go to the spreadsheet for Nebraska where people are filling in their timeline with that service center, it is May 2018 filers who are getting their biometrics.

Hahahahaha! I feel you completely. I will be back home on the 22nd. I will ask hubby to check. I could always fly back home to make sure I don’t miss it if need be.

I called uscis to check on my case for the second time (once every month) and they said that LIN filers are within the Normal processing time and that i should not expect anything soon because this service center takes 18 to 24 months to process cases and they also said that it is most likely that they won't need biometrics but it depends on the officer. I was shocked
