Also received in the morning answer about my request for biometrics appointment:

Type of service requested:
 -- Non-Delivery of Other Notice

The status of this service request is:

You or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your I-751 application  to notify us that you believe your case is outside of our normal processing time. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

Our records show that your I-751 application is currently pending for review. We regret that we are unable to provide you with a completion date at this time. We apologize for the delay.

We hope this information is helpful and appreciate your continued patience.

So, yes, pretty standard answer, however I asked specifically about “Will I receive the biometrics or uscis will use the previous ones”...

ok, will continue to wait and do nothing...

Can i ask how did u contact them?! I can't seem to find an option to speak to a representative when i call their phone number

I am going to ask this again since this is the forum for July 2019 filers for the conditions of the GC to be removed. Did anyone who filed in July have their case sent to Nebraska (LIN)?

My case is in Nebraska as well, it's been two months and a half now and still no biometric apt... 🤷🏻‍♂️

I looked at the spreadsheet after someone told me that most cases at that service center do not get an interview or bio-metrics. 95% look like they DO in fact, bypass both those things. However, it seems that the wait time to find that out or to get a biometrics appt is about 8 months!

Well, called today, again asked about the biometrics, service center is SRC,filed July 20th.

Was connected after 40mins of waiting and first spoke with the general assistant who has just basic info that we can get online, asked to connected directly to the immigration specialist who can take a look at my case, they set up a return call and in around 2h got a call from USCIS. So, immigration specialist took a look and said that during the PRESENT time no biometrics appointment is scheduled/needed for my case, as the time for processing this type of applications is almost 2years ( was going to cry during this phrase). When the case will be closer to the assessment/taking decision, may be we will send a biometrics letter.

Nothing new...nothing good.

Please, read my last message here.

But first time I contacted via online portal, sent an E request via My Account service,

But I found that is better to call. Prepare to wait on the line for approximately 1h:)

Call general line, press 1, again 1, then 2 and again 2.

I was told this recently. I had the world's worst officer for my interview on September 10 2017. I had already been told before this interview that my paperwork had been "mishandled" (short for lost) This woman was rude and accusatory. She said nothing to my husband. After 2 hours going through my paperwork, she told me my vaccinations had expired. ( after we got home I realized that she had not bothered to put back my birth certificate.-I was told when I called that they had no way of "finding it" and I would have to apply for a new one)  Not my vaccination papers but my 'shots'. She said I would have to have them again. Said I would be getting more paperwork in the mail. My vaccinations DID NOT expire.

Wow, sorry to hear. Glad you were able to move your request up the chain at the USCIS. Usually it is such a black box.

I think you were meaning to send this to someone else in the feed?

Thank you for updating. It does seem like we are at a very SLOW processing center (SRC). :(
The only glimmer of hope we are thinking about is that applying for naturalization when the time comes may help speed it up possibly, but who knows.

Texas...SRC...

Did you see if there is a spreadsheet for this service center? They give more accurate ideas of how long they take to process.

what would give even more accurate ideas of how long it takes would be people filling out their timelines!!!! The stats we get are based on these timelines, help everyone out and please fill out your timelines

That is why the spreadsheets give you a better idea of how long it takes for various processes. More people seem to be filing them out. Easier to look at too!
