I just checked. For the I751 Nebraska is showing 14.5 months to 24 months.

Thank you so kuch, I'll try to give them a call on Monday and ask about the biometrics lettre , but should I talk to a tier 2 officer or just a regular agent?!

I would start with the "regular agent".

Every time I try to add my case number this is the message I get is anyone else getting this same message from Uscis ?

When did you receive your case number? If it was received via text/email, sometimes it takes a day (or a few days) before the system reflects the case number status.

Additionally, many people find that the old USCIS website (the one pictured in your original post) and USCIS case tracker app do not work to track their case until after biometrics are completed and sometimes not even then. My wife has completed her biometrics now 3 days ago and still she cannot use that website to track her case. However, when she logs into the new website, she is able to track case status. So it may be simply that.

You are fortunate. The national benefits center has the quickest times.

I think it mostly depends on how busy the local ASC Office is. The uscis office we attended told us that “their office is very small and never busy.” The front desk attendant said other larger offices are packed with appointments and running behind. I believe if you live in a larger city than your local office may take 2-4 weeks after receiving Extension letter to get a Biometrics  Appointment letter out to you. Hopefully it will come any day now!

My NOA for 18 months extension came on July 11th, I have not yet received a bio-metric appointment letter? Should I call them or just wait, I heard not all applicants have to do Biometrics

Some folks wait a few months for their Biometrics appt is seems. It has been over 30 days so I would call. Let us know what they say? I learned the hard way that if you don't call and your file is overlooked somehow, no one will know unless you call.
