I mailed my packet on the 22nd, same as you, and my credit card was just charged this morning.

Is the USPS tracking still showing the same thing it did last week? No update, at all? Sometimes I wonder if requiring a signature makes the delivery take longer because someone has to physically sign for it vs just dropping off the package in the POBox. It might be worth waiting a few days because if the package is being returned to you for some reason (USPS related), hopefully it'll make it back to you by this week and you can re-send the package. I agree with the other posters that submitting a fresh packet without knowing what is going on with the current packet might create more confusion.

It must be really frustrating to wait but that might be the best option for now. So sorry to hear about this trouble.

No update.

Still receiving the same update since the 24th.

I'll wait a little bit before I resend everything. Don't want to get everyone confused.

At my local USPS, they always advise me not to send USCIS mail with a signature because of the reason you mention.

@Becci391 Go to USPS in person, you may even be able to talk to the manager at your local office. You won't be able to "calculate" NOA date or cashed check without a confirmation of delivery, I don't think. I hope this resolves soon, for your peace of mind!

I sent the documents in a Priority Mail Express envelope but only paid Priority Mail.

USCIS does not pay for the missing postage so they will send it back to me.

Hi guys! I’m new to the forum, figured I’d track my timeline along with you all!

I just sent out my ROC today, due to arrive on Wednesday, the 31st. My 90 day window opened the 28th, but now I’m a little scared because I dated my form the 27th,  and some people are saying it should be within the 90 days. My husband dated it the 29th, so hopefully they don’t care that I did it a day early.

You are fine.

They want to see that the post stamp did not get put on the envelope before the 90 day window.

I'm similar, my window opened on the 14th but I have a feeling I signed it before then. I didn't consider that. I mailed it off 1 day after my window. So far my packet has been received ok. The 'received' date on my NOA shows the 17th.
