Mine was delivered today at 4:40am lol. I don't know how much to trust these updates.

I agree. It's just weird that the status says it's still in transit to the next facility...

I will send out another packet via UPS this time shouldn't this one get delivered by Saturday.

It's frustrating...

This happened to us as well. Our package was delivered at 8 in the morning 7/8/19 and said "still in transit". It was the FOLLOWING morning 7/9/19 that it updated to "delivered" with a note of which employee signed for it. We did NOT choose signature to be required for delivery and it doesn't matter, it seems they are still signed for if sent USPS priority or Express mail.

I'll give it a few more days but I'm already preparing a new packet just in case. And then it'll get either send via FedEx or UPS.

Its not unusual. They are all delivered to a lock box regardless. Mine was delivered in Dallas TX the 10th and picked up/signed for on the 11th at 3 am. We received the notice in the mail dated for the 15th on the 20th. I wouldn't panic.

It's just that it's not the first time we had to experience this with USPS.

When I applied for my K1 Visa my husband sent the packet with USPS. After a month it turned out that USCIS never received it. We sent it out again with FedEx or UPS and we were fine.

When I applied for AOS I had no issues with USPS delivering it.

And now this...

Hello to all. We have mailed our packet on 7/22 and was delivered 7/24. Now waiting on receipt notification. I filled out CC form to pay for our fees. do you know if that is faster for NOA or delays? or maybe no impact on time line?

Hi, I don't know the answer to your question, but it is nice to see someone else from the KC office. Our timelines are similar so far.

Can we send other packet if we don't know if it arrived? I don't know what happens if they end up getting both.

Hey. My package was received on July 1 at the Phoenix lockbox. It has been 24 days as of today and still nothing either. I did file with two waivers, the VAWA and fee waivers. Now that I think about it, I don’t think I had the right to file the VAWA one since I already have my green card. My spouse is abusive and refused to sign the I 751 and constantly threatened to have me deported, withheld $ and other things. I filed the 751 on my own and hope the evidence is more than enough to be granted a permanent GC.  Like you, anytime that I call immigration, they say they cannot find my stuff on file and they also said to wait until it’s been 30-45 days. My GC has already expired but I filed before the 90 days.

I would call the USCIS to see what they recommend. Maybe they have already received it and can give you a case number?? You don't want to wait too long so they don't get it after the conditional GC expires. You can also reach out to USPS/ FEDEX/UPS to see if they can figure out where it is. I always recommend doing return receipt so even if it doesn't update online for any reason but it was delivered you will get the returned receipt back.

We have the tracking number from USPS, and I know it was delivered last Thursday. So it seems to have gotten there. We also did the CC form and the money has not been taken out yet so we know they have not looked at it. Not sure what to do at this point.
