Whoa! Very surprised to report that my status changed to New Card is Being Produced! I couldn’t believe it as I had thought it would be at least May before I got an update. My file was received by Neb

I know, no answers yet as of today, I am beginning to worry , I submitted my form with Divorce waiver too. Hopefully we hear something soon🤞 let me know  if you hear from them, I will let you know as well!

We are still waiting too. It's been 6 days since it was received and we have no notifications. I just want to know they got it.

07/18/2016- I-129F sent to Texas

7/22/2016- NOA1, case sent to CSC

7/28/2016- NOA1 by mail

09/06/2016-I-129F Approved

09/12/2016-NOA2 by mail

10/24/2016- Medical Interview

12/12/2016- Visa Interview and approval

12/29/2016- Visa issued

1/4/2017- Visa in hand 

1/7/2017- Entry into US 

2/8/2017- AOS and work auth package sent 

2/10/2017-Package received

3/1/2017-NOA's via text

3/4/2017-NOA's hard copy-missing all dates!!!!  

3/17/2017- NOA's came with correct info and dates 

3/30-2017-Biometrics in Orlando FL 

4/27/2017-EAD Approved 

5/05/2017- EAD in hand 

08/31/2017- Got RIFE 

09/28/2017- Sent RIFE Packet 

10/14/2017- Received green card w/ no interview 

07/11/2019- Sent Removal of Conditions Packet

08/07/2019- NOA by text and letter 

11/07/2019- Fingerprints taken

12/04/2020-Green card arrived w/ no interview (USCIS did not update online status)

As far as I am aware, no July filers have received biometrics date yet. I won't go based on historic trends because until very recently some people were waiting ages for biometrics and having to do it after months of receiving information that their biometrics was waived...so I won't try to guess on how many people get it waived. But based on June 2019 ROC filers thread alone, it seems most people are getting their biometrics letter in the mail 3-4 weeks after NOA date. So my guess is folks with NOA date in the first week of July will start getting biometrics letter soon.

11/09/16 - Mailed I-129F for K-1

11/16/16 - NOA-1

02/07/17 - NOA-2

03/06/17 - Medical (in London)

03/30/17 - Visa Interview - Approved!!

04/06/17 - Visa in hand!! 

05/17/17 - Point of entry, Boston

05/27/17 - WEDDING in Maine!

 

AOS / EAD / AP Timeline:

06/30/17 - Mailed I-131, I-765, and I-485

07/05/17 - NOA-1 for all three applications.

08/03/17 - Biometrics appointment in Portland, Maine

08/15/17 - Case Status "Ready to be Scheduled for Interview'

08/18/17 - Case Status "Interview Scheduled"

09/25/17 - Interview, 485 AOS Approved. Case status changed to "New Card is in Production".

09/26/17 - Case Status "Case Approved"

09/28/17 - "Card Was Mailed to Me"; received hard copy NOA stating case approved

9/30/17 - Case Status for EAD/AP changed to "Case closed, benefit received by other means"

10/03/17 - Two-year green card received in mail!! 😍

07/08/19 - Application received by USCIS

07/10/19 - Credit card charged, NOA-1 dated

07/11/19 - Text receipt received, EAC (Vermont)

7/13/19 - Received NOA/extension letter in mail

08/03/19 - Biometrics letter received

08/14/19 - Biometrics appointment completed

08/26/19 - Case status updated to “Fingerprint Review Completed”

05/20/20 - Case status updated to "New Card is in Production"

05/21/2020 - Case status updated to "Case Is Approved"

05/27/2020 - Received 10-year green card in mail on our three-year anniversary!

 

N-400 Citizenship Timeline

09/25/2020 - Filed online and received electronic NOA-1 same day, IOE receipt number

11/12/2020 - Biometrics reuse notice

12/28/2020 - Received notice for N-400 Interview

2/3/2021 - Interview at Lawrence, MA - Approved!

2/18/2021 - Oath Ceremony!

Have you guys tried calling USCIS? I called them 5 days after my petition package was delivered and they were able to give me a receipt number for tracking purposes before the receipt letter was physically mailed to me.

I called them but they told me that they did not have anything on their system about my form and that it takes about 30 days to get an answer :(

Don't panic, it will arrive. I sent my packet also on Monday via USPS and it says it's already at the Post Office, waiting to be picked up from the PO Box.

Does 2 Day Priority Mail always mean that the packet gets there on day 2?

I'm getting a little nervous...

You can apply for citizenship 90 days before you hit your 3-year permanent residency mark. If the I-751 is still under processing, it gets bumped up when your N-400 is being processed as the I-751 has to be adjudicated before USCIS can move further with the N-400 processing.
