I just received an update that my N400 interview was scheduled, I'm hoping it'll be a combo interview as still no progress at all on my I-751

Big congratulations! Did you receive email notification or text? Or just hard copy?

I logged in to check my status and saw it there, I did get a text notification at 5am the next day. I haven't received the paper notification yet but I can see a copy of it in my account.

Just hoping there are no complications with the I-751 still pending, the notice doesn't mention anything about it being a combo interview.

Good luck for the interview. Quick question you said you can see copy of letter in your account. Did you file online that’s how you can see copy of NOA or anyone can make an account and able to see what they sending. I have a letter missing that USCIS wrote. Wondering if i can get account and see. Thank you

I also received an email saying my card is being produced! No interview needed! I'm still in shock because 1. I didn't expect this to come so soon given that I'm in CA and things have been pretty slow and 2. I'm a divorcee so I thought there would be an interview.

Congrats... do you mind sharing the list of evidence/documents submitted as proof of legit marriage? Thanks

Do you see the date already? Is it more than a month from the date it was scheduled?

Yeah a copy of the notice appeared in my account the next day, interview is Jan 21st in Denver

Still nothing on my I-751 which I can no longer see the status of online. I called (again) last week and the officer just told me the last update was Sept 2020 showing 'address was changed' which is weird, I haven't moved since I filed so who knows what that is.

No idea if its going to be a combo interview, but my wife is going to come to the appointment just in case

I originally filed with waiver as my divorce was finalized before I filed.

Hi . I filled my papers in July 2019 as a couple but unfortunately me and my husband separated July this year 2020and I had not filed for divorce.  But I received a letter requesting for evidence.  Any clue on what I should do now? Am confused. Should I just give the evidence i have a write a letter explaining my situation? Or should I file for divorce and switch my file as a divorce waiver? Is it even possible now?

Hey Everyone,

Like most of you I am still wainting for my permanent green card but my I-797 extension letter is going to expire next month. Has anyone recieved another extension letter yet or know how we can quickly get one?

FYI, my case has been stuck on 'fingerprints were taken' since last February. I live in Hawaii and my case is being processed in California. I haven't submitted a N400 form yet.

Thanks

Hi all, I am a newbie. I am in California/WAC case. I got NOA July 2019 Biometrics Feb 2021. I had been procrastinating filing the N400 concurrently with I-751 pending. I was planning to do it in Jan. Today I logged in to check my status and I see "Card Was Mailed To Me" as the status. Does this mean they waived my interview & I am getting my permanent Greencard ? Not sure if my delay in applying concurrently actually saved me time ?
