I wish I receive it, as it means at lease they are working on your case! Do you remember, did you apply in the beginning of July 2019 or in the end? Thanks

I don't mean any disrespect and glad that folks are getting approved but I am one of those people being waiting without any update other than case is received.   The USCIS application processing system is messed in such a way that folks are waiting unnecessarily long to be approved.   I see folks getting approved as fast as 3-4 months while unlucky ones wait over a year or more.

The whole system is messed up and unfair.  Trump administration's is anti-immigration policies maybe part at fault .  I hope Biden administration makes some changes so that folks who want to part of this country can do so quickly and not wait months and years.   Call you senators and Congress and complain.

We waited over a year since the last update. Nov 7th 2019 was the last update we had until yesterday. Nothing changed or moved on our case since that day. We filed in July just like everyone here and our case was in Potomac and I know generally those are approved without an interview.

I just came on here to post and let everybody know that things do seem to be moving even if they aren’t updating the cases online. I know it’s very frustrating as we are clearly all in the same boat. It all very much depends on what service center you are at, what processing agent gets your case on their desk, and unfortunately what country you are from. I think you’re absolutely right about the current administration and I hope things go differently starting in January.

Completely agree with you...it’s insane. About senators and congressman - I tried: useless, they can’t do anything until case is officially out of processing time...for my service center it’s still 3 more months(( same about Ombudsman.

I also received an email saying my card is being produced! No interview needed! I'm still in shock because 1. I didn't expect this to come so soon given that I'm in CA and things have been pretty slow and 2. I'm a divorcee so I thought there would be an interview.

Congrats!!

Did you originally file with waiver or you switched after ?

Did you guys apply 400? My 751 apply date is July 31 2019/California center. No update yet. I hope they don’t skip the ones who applied 400 or 400 does not delay 751!

I did. And afraid that it’s this is why our cases are so slowly...as everyone from my state who applied for n400 same month or even same week with me already got approved or schedule for interview at least in this month. And no one had pending 751...
