Hi everyone,

We will be filing our I-751 this month and have some questions. We have evidence for joint tax filing transcripts, joint credit cards statements (me as authorized user), joint healthcare and automobile insurance, documents with spouse as primary beneficiary. We also have plenty of secondary evidence such as trips, photos, wedding expenses, and affidavits.

What we do not have is evidence on sharing financial responsibility. My husband and I have a joint banking account but it is not active. Since I make a lot less than he does, he pays all the utility bills, mortgage, insurance, and household expenses. The money in our personal accounts (mostly mine since I barely have any expenses) is being saved so that we can buy a house/car together. Should we explain this in our cover letter?

We also just realized that our phone company never put my name on the second line. Both phone numbers are under my husband's name. Should we still include phone bill statements?

I filed really last minute and now my residency already expired.  File was received by 'Robinson' at Lewisville Texas.  No update at all.  Called and they see nothing on my file.  Package was received on July 5.  They asked me to call after 15 calendar days of receipt date.

That’s interesting. I also shipped everything to Lewisville, TX. My package arrived on 7/11 and was received by the same person. When did you call them? Cuz when I called on 7/16 they had a receipt number for me already. My checks were cashed on 7/17.

From what I've been seeing on here its usually a month to month and a half after filing. Don't quote me on it though.

Hello Fellow Journeyers

Sent our package via FedEx Ground on Tuesday 7-11-2019; wanted to send it on July 1st but we procrastinated in getting the "right" pictures together; yup pictures sigh!

Anywho, it's set to reach on Monday to the Lewisville Center; our Card expires Sep 28th.

Looking forward to the wait 🙄

Our package was received on Monday at 2:26pm and signed for by daniels

we got the text alert that our case was received with receipt number SRC. Check still not cashed yet though.

Who’s src? I’ll go through the thread and check in a few

Package received July 11th

My check was cashed today 07/16

Instead of a check transaction its showing up as a debit card transaction. Is this normal?

Didn’t see a response to this, but the answer is yes. They convert checks to ETF ( electronic transfer of funds)(or is it EFT- electronic funds transfer)and do the transaction as if you swiped your debit card basically

I filed yesterday, July 16, through USPS Priority to Dallas. I am a little worried because there is a lot of stuff we just simply do not have for proof.

Would an RFE usually come early in the process for ROC or is it closer to the time when it would be approved, like a year from now?

It was received today, July 18, and signed for by M BESTE.

My revised application was received on July 16th, around 10 am (FedEx tracker) at Texas Service center. I haven't heard anything yet. This wait is stressful :( I hope the application doesn't get rejected again

@ihaveadream...hello we also filed last minute as long as USCIS received your ROC packet before the date your green card expires. You will be ok. Our's was received in Arizona July 9 my husband green card expires July 10. After 8 days we received via mail the NOA 18 months extension. Good Luck.
