My case was approved on June 12 and i still didn't receive my gc 🤷🏻‍♂️ case stuck on "new card is being produced"

I just got off the phone with uscis and they said that my card is still not being produced yet even though the status is saying"card is being produced" and that's because the uscis centers are closed 🤷🏻‍♂️

What the agent told you is not true, many others who were approved on June 15 already have their card in hand. You should submit an inquiry or call to request to speak to tier 2 officer.

I'm waiting for a call from a tier 2 officer because all of issues with my n400, I'll also be mentioning this gc issue. This is really frustrating because the agent said that i should wait 60 days after approval to submit an inquiry about not receiving my gc and on the website it's saying that i should wait 120days before submitting an inquiry 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Just got off the phone with a tier 2 officer and he said that the gc is awaiting to be produced and the centers are not closed like the representative mentioned. He wasn't really much of a help and told not to submit any inquiries and just wait 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Just checked my status in egov.uscis.gov and it changed from "Case was updated to show finger print was taken" to "New card is being produced" but the new site https://my.uscis.gov/

still shows "fingerprint review was completed"

I just have a question, hope some one can help out. We currently live with our mother. Her house. don't have a lease or rental agreement or anything like that. Should we have our mother write an affidavit? that should be helpful right? my wife is currently 5 months pregnant. so would a letter from the doc help too? just wondering.

Thanks!

Yes to both. We sent an affidavit from my in-laws to explain we were living in their home the first few months after I immigrated.
