My husband and I found out Saturday morning his new card is being produced. We were an SRC (Texas Center) case. We thought we were going to be interviewed because we were not interviewed for AOS and it had been transferred to our local office. So, it was a pleasant surprise! I guess whoever looked at our case was convinced with the huge package we sent last year. I am so glad we did not get an RFE, cause I literally have nothing else to give them except I am listed on his car title. Oh, and that we have a new cat. Haha!

Congratulations :)

I had the same happening to my case. Got approved on May 28th.

I have a question! My n 400 window opens in two weeks.

My question is: should upload all evidence including the ones required to be brought to the interview ? Or should i exclude these evidence and bring them to the interview instead?

Also, is ky spouse required to attend the n400 interview with me? Or is it just me?

If you are applying under the 3-year rule, based on marriage, I believe your spouse has to come to the N-400 interview. Please correct me if I'm wrong!

No, just you

he has to come with you JUST if your 751 is still pending. Good luck.

I would upload docs like taxes, lease, maybe health insurance online

And also bring same docs and something more to the interview.

Most of the evidence docs are exactly the same docs i filed with my i751. Would that matter? I mean would the officer be aware that these same docs are included with my i751? I'm just trying to eliminate the unnecessary repeating of the same docs

We are sending everything they ask for regardless whether we’ve sent in twice before, better safe then sorry

I agree

Don't give them any excuse to issue an RFE cause I'm sure they'd take it 😂

It is totally up to you. I have a friend who is a green card holder for over 7 years, she just has never applied for Citizenship. We all heard that N-400 fees will go up soon, so everyone wants to apply soon so they don't have to pay more later on. But again, it is not required
