CEAC goes to an error every time we upload social media accounts

Hi! We are working on my husband's visa application (DS-260), and as of recently he's required to put in his social media accounts from the last five years. But every single time we add his fourth and final social media account (LinkedIn) and try to go to the next page it goes to an error. I've gone back and added the accounts one at a time then moved to the next page successfully, and it's just this last one that causes an issue. Anyone else having issues? I mean he doesn't even use LinkedIn, he just made the account a few years ago and we are trying to be thorough!
