So, I am filling out the I-134 for my current fiancee and I have filed an affidavit of support around 2012 for my exwife's mother, I only know her first and last name, I do not know when we filed it and we do not talk. I feel I should enter something but if I don't know the exact date or even the full name?
Any suggestions or ideas?

Fill in the information you know......Approximate dates and "unknown" are also acceptable.

If shes a usc then she is no longer part of your household count and you can stop worrying about her.  Your ex MIL I assume is still a LPR so you would have to count her in your household count.

But youd still need the previous petition information.

Yeah and since we don't talk, I assume her mother is still here...

Or maybe she had died by now as well

One can hope... I did send my ex wife a message asking her about it, if she doesn't answer, the Embassy is getting a copy of me asking and her ignoring it with a letter explaining the situation. I sure wish I had copies of that stuff but I NEVER expected to be here again. And here I am. :)
