It means to write your name in the alphabet used in your country if that alphabet is different from the English alphabet. 

In my case for example, I did not have to fill that in because the Dutch letters in the alphabet are the same as the English letters of the alphabet.

You are a Filipina? You will just right it in English spelling...as normal)
