No NOA1 after 1 month?

I sent out my package on the 8th of May (delivery confirmed), but no NOA1........I checked my bank every morning to see if they cash the check or not. Should i start worry yet?

Hi, we are new here too. Sent ours in May 1st, they received it May 5th..... and we just notice that the check is cashed. June 1st. So hang in there. So getting the NOA1 = 797 form, in the mail will be later.

Yes. When I sent my package I sent it to my attorney working on the case. I addressed the check to him instead of the USCIS and I wasn't told until 1 month after I sent it that I addressed the check wrong. I then had to resend the check and wait another 3 weeks. 7 weeks to NOA1 pissed me off.

It's kind of lame. They won't check for you unless it's been a month, but if it's been a month there's probably trouble.

02-July -04 NOA1

30-Aug -04 NOA2 (Approved)

13-Sept-04 NVC to HCMC

08-Oc t -04 Pack 3 received and sent

15-Dec -04 Pack 4 received.

24-Jan-05 Interview----------------Passed

28-Feb-05 Visa Issued

06-Mar-05 ----Nicole is here!!EVERYBODY DANCE!

10-Mar-05 --US Marriage

01-Nov-05 -AOS complete

14-Nov-07 -10 year green card approved

12-Mar-09 Citizenship Oath Montebello, CA

May '04- Mar '09! The 5 year journey is complete!

I mailed May 3, check was cashed today. June 1. Hang in there :thumbs:

Aug. 2006 met online

Oct. 2006 first visit to china, met her in Beijing

Feb. 2007 My daughter and I went to China to visit her /daughter

Feb. 2007 proposed to her.

May 4,2007 I-129F Sent

May 29,2007 I-129F NOA1

Aug. 2007 3rd trip to china

Sept. 19,2007 NOA2

Oct. 15,2007 NVC received

Oct. 17,2007 left NVC

Dec. 22,2007 P-3 arrived

Dec. 27,2007 P-3 sent back

Feb. 2008 4th trip to china

Feb. 9, 2008 P-4 arrived

March 11,2008 Interview date, Passed
