Never fear! There is still hope! After 253 days, we FINALLY got the notification that our case is "ready to be scheduled for an interview"!!!!

I woke up this morning to a text message that our case had changed, and I've never shot out of bed so quickly! Still feels surreal, but I'll feel relieved once our interview is actually scheduled. Still no news on the combo card, so I'm starting to think we may have the Green Card before our AP/EAD are approved. I'll accept that though!

To everyone who is still waiting, hang in there! I know it can really start to feel hopeless (especially when you've been waiting well over 200 days). I think they're really trying to get through November now though. (By the way, our I-485 was received on November 18, 2018 and I-131/ I-765 were received on November 14, 2018)

November 2 2018 EAD approved yesterday.

Finally! So glad there was movement.

Our status went from "Ready to schedule interview" to "Interview has been scheduled" after 11 days.

But I've seen people sharing their status changed on the next day! I truly hope that's the case for you guys; you so deserve it.

All the best vibes for you! 🙌

How many days did it take for the interview letter to come in the mail after the status was changed to "Interview was scheduled"?

Ah, excellent! That's really good information to have. Based on what I've seen, it seems like it could change to "Interview has been scheduled" pretty soon! We're getting excited, but of course, interviews are always nerve-racking! Just trying to stay calm and level-headed in the meantime, and get all of our evidence together.

Maybe we'll finally be able to pop that nice bottle of champagne we've saved since last October, haha! 🍾🥂
