Hello VJers,

I'm sending out my AOS packet in a couple of days and wanted to confirm if the following documents are sufficient for the Affidavit of Support (I-864) for my wife and my joint sponsor (wife's relative):

Form I-864 (completed and signed by USC)

Copy of USC's Passport Page
2018, 2017 and 2016 Tax Returns (with W-2) OR IRS Transcript
Recent paystubs (Unemployed since 5/3/2019)

Form I-864 (completed and signed by Joint Sponsor)

Copy of Joint Sponsor's Passport Page
2018, 2017 and 2016 Tax Returns (with W-2) OR IRS Transcript
Recent 6 Months paystubs

My wife is in between jobs and her last job ended on 5/3/2019 and my joint sponsor's is well above the 125% poverty level without any assets. The instructions are a little confusing so just want to confirm, better safe than sorry!

Really appreciate any help!
